Congratulations Bob King!
The Carving Series Championship was held this past weekend at Chicago's Brookfield Zoo. ECHO team member Bob King won first place for the second year, with a close second from team member Mark Colp. All 8 sculptures were judged on how well they interpreted the theme "The Great Wild North- A Celebration of the Legendary Animals of North America." All of the amazing sculptures will become permanent exhibits within the zoo's new North American exhibit, scheduled for completion by 2009.
ECHO would like to thank everyone who was able to come see the event in person, all of the great carvers who participated and the Brookfield Zoo for hosting this special event.
