ECHO Expands Chain Saw Line With CS-550P
Louisville, KY (10/28/2010) -
ECHO Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of professional-grade, high-performance hand-held outdoor power equipment for commercial and residential use, will demonstrate its commitment to developing a leadership role in the industry with five new chain saws on display at the upcoming 2010 GIE+EXPO show this week in Louisville. Since 2006, ECHO has introduced 14 new saws to the market.
The CS-550P is ECHO’s first in the popular 54 to 56cc engine class. The new engine design enables the CS-550P to achieve low emissions and better fuel efficiency, while maintaining high power and torque. The CS-550P is an ideal choice for farmers, ranchers and firewood cutters.
The CS-550P features a decompression valve for easy starting, a digital ignition system that automatically adjusts engine timing for optimum performance, and an easy-access air filter that provides superior filtration for long engine life. The G-Force Engine Air Pre-Cleaner™ pulls dust and chips from the air box, providing a clean air supply to the engine. The CS-550P also includes an automatic clutch-driven oiler that reduces oil consumption and a side access chain tensioner for easier chain adjustment.
Other new ECHO saws on exhibit include the CS-352, CS-500P and top handle saws - CS-355T and CS-271T.
The CS-550P is available through ECHO dealers. For additional product information, please visit www.echo-usa.com.
