ECHO Inc. Gears up for GIE/EXPO Trade Show in Louisville, KY with the Launch of New Products and Exciting Hands-On Displays

Chicago, IL (10/19/2016) - ECHO Inc. will showcase its newest ECHO and Shindaiwa products, accessories and aftermarket products at this year’s largest industry trade show in Louisville, KY October 19-20, 2016.

A centerpiece of the company’s indoor and outdoor booths will be the recently introduced ECHO ProXtreme 2620 series of products. It includes a Trimmer (SRM-2620), a high- torque Trimmer (SRM-2620T), a Brushcutter (SRM-2620U) and an Edger (PE-2620).  Each features a revolutionary combination of low weight, and high horsepower along with exceptional air filtration, long run time, and easy hot re-starts.  All will be available for trial in ECHO’s outdoor booth #7451D.  Those who try a 2620 product receive a donut of the popular CrossFire trimmer line.

Visitors can also try the new Shindaiwa C262 Brushcutter.  With a 25.4cc engine, the C262 formally introduces a Shindaiwa engine series and raises the standard set by the legendary Shindaiwa 270.  The C262 features a lighter powerhead and better air filtration, along with ergonomic features.

Chain saws are another ECHO Inc. focus. New within the ECHO chain saw line is the CS-501P.  Designed with professionals in mind, the CS-501P is the lightest 50cc saw on the market.  The upgraded 50.2cc engine provides 20% more power than the CS-500P. The full line of ECHO and Shindaiwa chain saws will be available for trial during the show.  Those who try a saw receive a hat and a chance to win a Bob King wood carving.  King will be giving carving demonstrations during the show.

Aftermarket products are another show focus for ECHO Inc.  The company is launching a new line of YouCan™ Maintenance Kits designed to extend equipment life and reduce costly repairs.  The show also debuts the extension of the Red Armor brand into a pre-mix fuel.  Red Armor Fuel uses Red Armor Oil as its crucial ingredient. The proprietary oil cleans existing carbon deposits and protects against further carbon buildup, promoting longer engine life.

This year ECHO Inc.’s indoor and outdoor booths contain several interactive exhibits.  Visitors to ECHO’s inside booth can witness firsthand how easy regular maintenance can be by participating in the YouCan Challenge.  Visitors will race against the clock to install a kit, with the fastest time each day winning a choice of two ProXtreme 2620 products.  The inside booth also will house the Fleet Information Center, staffed to answer questions about the program. The ECHO and Shindaiwa Fleet Discount Program is the best offered to landscapers. A low qualifying purchase of $2,500 gives members 12 months of discounts on additional purchases.

In addition to containing all the ECHO and Shindaiwa products for visitor testing, the outside booth also contains several interactive displays.  Visitors can compare the SRM-2620 to the Stihl FS 90, try the SRM-2620 water tub torque test, use the BRD-280 to redefine a flower bed, and check out the battery life of the Shindaiwa cordless hedge trimmer.
