ECHO and Shindaiwa Receive Gold Level Status from The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) 4 Years Running

Chicago, IL (6/20/2017) -

CHICAGO, IL – For the fourth year in a row, dealers in North America have awarded Echo and Shindaiwa Gold Level Status in the Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) Annual Manufacture Relations Survey.

“Gold Level companies received ratings that fell within an exceptionally high statistical level in their respective manufacturer classifications,” states Alex Hoffman from Equipment Dealers Association’s (EDA). The levels are determined from an annual survey given to dealers throughout the United States and Canada. The survey asks dealers to evaluate the companies on 11 categories of dealership operations and support, including a separate rating for “Overall Satisfaction.”

“We are honored to receive this award with this recognition being the fourth year in a row. It is a true testament to the hard work that ECHO Incorporated and our distributors have invested in the business to consistently grow sales,” says Ed Zynomirski, Vice President of Sales.

The EDA Dealer-Manufactures Relations Survey is a significant tool used by both companies and dealers to improve communication, support positive change, and evaluate potential new product lines. Dealers provided a total of 9,312 individual manufacturer responses in 2017.
