Authorized Sellers Policy

ECHO Products are intended for sale only through authorized distributors, retailers, and dealers to the ultimate user of the product. Products sold by unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized third-party sellers on online marketplaces, may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage, service, or support. 

Authorized distributors, retailers, and dealers are required to sell new ECHO products in new condition and in compliance with ECHO’s applicable sales policies and terms. This requirement applies only to the sale of new products and does not restrict the resale of used equipment. 

ECHO reserves the right to terminate or restrict supply to any distributor, retailer, or dealer that fails to comply with these requirements.
