Sponsored by ECHO USA Inc., 400 Oakwood Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final. This ECHO EQUIP 2026 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on October 21, 2026, and concludes on October 23, 2026 at 1:30 pm, Eastern Time.
How to Enter
To enter, an entrant must follow @echousa on Instagram and publish a public Instagram post or Reel during EQUIP Expo that tags @echousa and features an ECHO product.
Private accounts, Instagram Stories, and posts that cannot be viewed by Sponsor are not eligible. Each qualifying post or Reel constitutes one (1) entry.
No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Use of multiple Instagram accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent these Official Rules is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive conduct.
Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on 10/23 and will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 10/24 at 5pm ET. The winner must respond within 2 business days to receive prize, otherwise a 2nd winner will be selected.
Potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, including age, identity, residency, and ownership of the social media account used to enter. Sponsor may require execution of an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release before awarding the prize.
Prize
Prize: (1) PB-9510 (prize value: $749.99). No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by ECHO, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in ECHO’s discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form for prizes valued at $600 or more. Open to legal residents of the United States. Void in PR and where prohibited by law.
Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years old. ECHO employees, marketing partners, members of ECHO's User Advisory Group (UAG) ambassador program, distributors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Winner releases ECHO from any liability arising out of participation in these Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
Winners will be posted on the social media platform where the Sweepstakes run, or for a list of winners, send a self-addressed envelope to: ECHO, Incorporated, Marketing Dept., 400 Oakwood Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
These Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and completely releases Instagram from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes. Any information provided by entrants is being provided to ECHO and not to Instagram.
Privacy
Any entry information collected from Sweepstakes shall be used in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these official rules and with the sponsor’s privacy policy.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of laws principles.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
